Premises - How to report a fault
Reporting a fault regarding premises and/or ordering services is possible on the Swedish Defence University's service portal.
On the service portal (in Swedish) you can report problems and seek information about, for example, IT services, premises and information security.
Reporting a fault (daytime)
You can use the web form to report faults during daytime, on weekdays. All faults and defects in the building are reported via the Swedish Defence University's service portal.
Lifts - How to report a fault
All faults regarding lifts should be reported to Akademiska Hus on 010 – 557 24 00 (24 hours).
Hotline/emergency cases
Emergency fault reports should be made to Akademiska Hus on 010 – 557 24 00.
