Application for support during written on-campus examinations
Please note that this text only applies to application for special pedagogical support for students with disabilities during on-campus written examinations. For application for support during take-home examinations or other forms of examination, contact the course coordinator.
You register your need for special pedagogical support for each on-campus examination, when you register for the examination in Ladok. You are required to have a decision for special pedagogical support in NAIS at the Swedish Defence University
When registration for the classroom examination is open in Ladok, log in to the system and go to the “Examinations” view.
Press the button "Sign up". When you choose to register for the examination, you will see an application for pedagogical support. The application will only be shown to you who have a descision on speical pedagogical support.
When you have selected the types of support you need for the on-campus examination, click “Confirm”.
If you have problems registering for pedagogical support for the on-campus examination, contact one of the coordinators for special pedagogical support.
Apply well in advance before the on-campus written examination
To be guaranteed the support that you have applied for, the application need to be made during the regular application period for the on-campus written examination, which is 21-10 days before the examination.
Information on room designation and granted support
When you are registered for the exam and have applied for special pedagogical support, you will receive information via Ladok about:
- what support is granted
- which room you are placed in
- the extended writing time
