Roof work Drottnings Kristinas väg 37, week 43-49

Akademiska Hus will carry out roof work in building 50:04 at Drottning Kristinas väg 37. The roof work includes updating the roof safety.

How will it be done?

Akademiska Hus' roofing contractor BITAB will carry out the roofing work. To enable access to the roof in a way that minimizes the impact on ongoing operations, stair towers will be erected for access from the outside. Then the stair tower is needed for work environment and safety reasons. An APD plan (Workplace disposition plan/sketch) will be sent over before the start of production, which among other things reports on the location of stair towers, storage areas, etc.

Schedule

Roof work will be carried out during weeks 43 to 49.

How will the business be affected?

The work will proceed according to the above schedule. The roof work is concentrated on the roof and no other areas need to be used beyond the ground surface where the stair towers will be placed for access to and from the roof. Any disturbing work for the business will be placed between 07:00-09:00.
