This Strategic Talk evolves around the issues of Russia’s capabilities regarding mis- and disinformation, humanitarian aid, cyberwarfare, and more. The event is open to the public as well as students and staff at the Swedish Defence University.

In the context of the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian War, this discussion brings together experts to analyse Russia’s non-kinetic methods of warfare and influence. The conversation delves into understanding Russia’s current strategies, exploring countermeasures adopted by Ukraine and its allies, and evaluating the effectiveness of these responses. In particular, key experts will discuss Russia’s capabilities regarding mis- and disinformation, humanitarian aid, cyberwarfare, and more.
