Suanne is a doctor in International Relations. Her research focuses on Environmental Politics and other various related topics such as environmental justice, legitimacy, climate and disaster governance and non-state actors perceptions.
Suanne is currently a post-doctoral research fellow seeking to understand the perceptions of justice of marginalised groups (e.g., women, small-scale farmers and Indigenous Peoples) towards climate and disaster governance.
She is also part of the research hub at the LL Department affiliated to the CNDS (Centre of Natural Hazards and Disaster Science).
