Tua Sandman holds a PhD in Political Science from Stockholm University, a Master's degree in Peace and Conflict Research from Uppsala University and a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies from Lund University. Prior to joining the Swedish Defence University in February 2020, Tua was a researcher at the Department of Criminology, Stockholm University, and an analyst at the Swedish Defence Research Agency (FOI).
