Security and defence policy research and analysis support

Every year, the Swedish Defence University conducts security and defence policy research and analysis support (SOFFA) for the Swedish government.

The Swedish Defence University has an ongoing mission to provide the Swedish Ministry of Defence with policy-related research. Research projects may include crisis management in confidence and trust crises, civil defence, influence operations, intelligence issues, defence policy and transatlantic security.

Projects are reported as agreed with the relevant unit within the Ministry of Defence.
